Introduction of this product
RY-ZZ series of bentonite used as a binder for molding medium-sized sand in the foundry industry, it has the characteristics of high strength, good air permeability, and strong anti-sand inclusion ability. The product has a high montmorillonite content, high temperature resistance, and good thermal stability. It can improve reusability, reduce the moisture content of the sand system, and enhance the strength of the molding sand, thereby greatly improving the surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the castings, reducing the scrap rate, and solving the problems of sand inclusion, scarring, falling blocks, pores, and sand mold collapse.

According to customer needs, the outer packaging is kraft paper or polyethylene woven bag, the inner packaging is a double-layer packaging of polyethylene film bag, or valve bag paper packaging. The weight is usually 25±0.2kg. Ton bag packaging can also be selected. Store in dry and ventilated indoor conditions.
